At Better Nutrition Pty Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights, our obligations, and the process for returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect selection or ordering errors, unless required by law.

Please choose products carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

5. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original packaging (unless faulty)

  • Include all original accessories and documentation

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions, except where required by law.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If a return is accepted for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs (where applicable).

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Opened or used health and wellbeing products

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
